Please add the ability to fully customize the elements on the WooCommerce pages. It is not easy to customize all Headers, labels, text, etc.

True. I had to write custom css to change the headings colors of the woocommerce account page tables and labels as well. I hope Louis Reingold will take a note on that in the next udpates.
