Currently, the "Row Height" setting for the Gallery element in "Justified" mode applies globally across all breakpoints. To improve responsive design, it should be possible to set different Row Heights for each breakpoint.

Proposal:

Add breakpoint-specific controls for "Row Height" in the Justified Gallery settings, similar to how responsive settings (e.g., size for icons) are handled elsewhere in Breakdance Builder.

Benefits:

Improved Design Control: Allows users to fine-tune row heights for optimal appearance on all screen sizes.

Enhanced Responsiveness: Ensures consistent and visually pleasing layouts across devices.

Seamless Integration: Aligns with existing responsive settings UI in Breakdance Builder.
