Make the "Shortcode" dynamic data option available for all fields.

Our logic assumes it returns a string, but it could return anything.

It would be convenient to be able to use it for URL fields and other fields that it currently isn't enabled for.

Also it could be very simple for developers to code a fallback in case it would return a wrong format.
