The modal windows for these (and probably some others) are fixed in size and position which makes it impossible to see what's happening on your template/page when you are adding data into them.

e.g. I want to put rich text on a page using the Rich Text element... but now I cant see the page and what's being added because there is a great big fixed modal window in front of the content...

These modals should be adjustable in size and position by dragging them around.
