It would be great if there was a way to have popups more easily enabled and disabled. I think it would be a useful and easy feature to enable.
While it is easy enough to remove the trigger conditions you would need to recreate the same conditions to reenable. A simple on/off switch would be nice.
Attached is a mock up of how I think this should function.

Yes, I would add a condition to disable after a certain date (ie - sale is over).

Yes, if you have a complex condition and want to hide the popup because the sale is over for example, it's not so handy to do this at the moment
