The settings tab stays the same throughout all elements, so it would seem that copying and pasting settings could be done regardless of whether or not the elements are the same. This would be great if you do some complex positioning or something on an element, then decide to change the element (like wrapping it in a wrapper link), which now requires all those adjustments in the settings tab to be re-added manually. This would be a massive help to any complex projects!
