Allow/Disallow sections from client access.

Some areas you don't want your clients to tinker with, would like a simple checkbox to allow/disallow them from editing sections or text.

I hope it's acceptable to refer to gutenbricks. If there was a similar 'build for Gutenberg' option in BD it would be incredible. So Build 'client blocks' as we build global blocks - then the client can select them in WP as blocks, edit text and images but nothing else.

I know we can shortcode stuff - but not editable.
