The new "Page Top Margin" feature in the header that came with BD 2.0 allows to automatically add a margin on every first section of every page if the header is sticky.

However, this won't work for sticky transparent headers.

So for that case, it would be great to also have a "Page Top Padding" setting that is applied to all first sections of every page where that sticky and transparent header is applied to.
