Woocommerce Minicart improvements 📈

Minicart widget definitely needs some updates
- option of adding a coupon code (also already visible widget for that in the checkout)
- option of showing shipping fee
- progress bar for free shipping and free products/gifts
- global block above the button to checkout
maybe some
- option for upsell/cross-sell in the minicart, although the global block should be able to handle that
90% of the up to date stores use minicarts. Everything happens there.
