the current tooltip element allows you to add a tooltip to another element and position it, but would be very useful to be able to create a tooltip for a specific keyword and have that automatically show up when that keyword is hovered with the mouse

essentially, this is what the tooltip.org plugin does

it unfortunately does not work with breakdance, so thought maybe you would be interested in building it

this is useful because we might have complex terminology and it would help the user if they could always hover on it anywhere in the site content and have an explanation of what it is

Please, make it a Global Element.

Tooltips are useless if not being implemented as classes so they can be applied to any word inside rich text.

Tooltips should therefore NOT be an element, but property in any suited element.

Tooltips should have ability to load either attribute (text only) or Global Block (any content). All needed is input options for attribute or Global Block, and input field for css class, and finally selection field for scripts and styles (animation and effects).

Also, please add a small icon on the right that shows that this field has more info on hover/touch. As it is on the 1.3 Alpha you find the tooltip info only by luck on mobile devices.

Mouse Follow Tooltips would be also nice.

Please make sure they are responsive. It'd be very neat if we could place anything in them
