Destiny Elements has a decent Google Reviews element and it's not overly expensive. Plus there are other useful elements. :)

You can recreate something very similar but its currently manual and so it takes quite a lot of time.

Yes! The only module I've seen that does this relatively well is Ultimate Beaver (beaver builder add-on)
