This element should allow you to choose an image and a video. The image should be displayed initially. When the element is hovered, the image should be replaced with the video, which should probably auto play.

It would be important to ensure the video is not loaded until its visibility is triggered, or at least until the video thumbnail element scrolls into the viewport.
