It would be nice to have the ability to change the "is required" message in forms. This is very useful for websites that dont use the english language and u need to write the form messages to the proper language.

Yes, on a site that is non-English this looks unprofessional.

I understand that making this change via GUI might be too much, but some api filter to use to change the tooltips would be nice.

Have you tried using https://poedit.net/ to see if you can do it that way?
